DART’s Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) (hereinafter referred to as “DART’s Wallet”) (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), DART’s Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) for the operation of DART’s Wallet (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). When we receive a request for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to a third party of personal information, as described below, we will respond appropriately and promptly after confirming the identity of the person making such a request.

A fee of 2,200 yen (including tax) will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal information or records provided to a third party, and for notification of the purpose of use. Please pay the fee in a method separately designated by the Company after the request is received. Please note that bank transfer fees, etc., shall be borne by the customer.

(4) Response method
We will respond by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address registered with us.

(5) Cases in which we are unable to respond to your request, etc.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests, etc., in the following cases. Please note that the prescribed fee will be charged even if we do not respond to your request, etc.
1. when we are unable to confirm your identity
