DART’s Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) (hereinafter referred to as “DART’s Wallet”) (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), DART’s Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) for the operation of DART’s Wallet (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). (hereinafter referred to as “DART’s Wallet”), DART’s Wallet will promote the protection of personal information by establishing a system for protecting personal information and by ensuring that all employees recognize the importance of protecting personal information and take thorough measures to do so.

The Company’s rules of employment stipulate matters concerning the confidentiality of personal information, and employees are required to submit a written pledge concerning the handling of personal information when they join the Company.
In addition to providing regular training to employees on matters to keep in mind regarding the handling of personal information, the Company clarifies the roles and responsibilities of employees and confirms their compliance with these rules.

The Company has set up areas where personal information is handled and controls employee access to these areas.
The Company appropriately manages equipment and electronic media containing personal information to prevent theft or loss, and appropriately disposes of such information when no longer needed.

The Company implements access control to limit the scope of persons in charge and the personal information database, etc. handled.
We take measures to protect information systems that handle personal information from unauthorized external access and unauthorized software.
The information we collect includes

Wallet address, transaction history
Information for contacting customer support
Profile information provided by users of their own free will
Personal information received from customers will be used for the following purposes
Provision, management and operation of this service
To respond to opinions, inquiries, etc. regarding the Company and its services
Business
To send products for our campaigns, etc., related after-sales services, and information on new products and services
Analysis for service improvement, evaluation based on statistics
Prevention and investigation of unauthorized use and access
Conduct in accordance with laws and regulations
Any other purpose expressly indicated to the user.
To perform tasks incidental to the above
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except as required by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. However, if we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, this does not constitute provision of personal information to a third party.
When we receive a request for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to a third party of personal information, as described below, we will respond appropriately and promptly after confirming the identity of the person making such a request.

(3) Commission fee
A fee of 2,200 yen (including tax) will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal information or records provided to a third party, and for notification of the purpose of use. Please pay the fee in a method separately designated by the Company after the request is received. Please note that bank transfer fees, etc., shall be borne by the customer.
(4) Response method
We will respond by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address registered with us.
(5) Cases in which we are unable to respond to your request, etc.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests, etc., in the following cases. Please note that the prescribed fee will be charged even if we do not respond to your request, etc.
1. when we are unable to confirm your identity
In the case of a request by a representative, if the right of representation cannot be verified
3. if the fee is not paid
4. if the requested documents are incomplete and cannot be corrected, etc.
5. if the request relates to personal information other than that held by the Company
6. in violation of the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and ordinances, or when laws and ordinances allow us not to respond to the disclosure, etc.
We take all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
Users have the right to view, modify, delete, and data portability of their personal information.

We will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws, regulations, guidelines, and this policy, and will review this policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or the content of this service, and strive for its continual improvement.
