Overseas IEO (Initial Exchange Offering)
In January 2024, DART’s, Inc. will be offering an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on the P2B Crypto Exchange at Initial Exchange Offering (IEO).
P2B Crypto Exchange is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017 with a daily trading volume of approximately $1.5 billion. DART’s Corporation, through CoinBest (Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau No. 23), had planned to have its IEO application in Japan accepted by the JVCEA in April 2023 and to begin accepting applications in November, but due to unforeseen circumstances that prevented the Kanto Local Finance Bureau from auditing CoinBest’s operations, DART’s decided to go ahead with the overseas IEO.
