DART’s Corporation (“DART’s”), headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and led by Representative Director MATSUMURA TAKESHI, announces that it has entered into a token loan agreement with Jizo Mining Development Co., Ltd. (“Jizo Mine”), whose headquarters and mining site are located in Otari Village, Kitaazumi District, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, and which is led by Representative Director Seiichi Oura. The agreement is structured as a business alliance agreement with special provisions concerning real estate collateral and token allocation.
Under the agreement, Jizo Mine has contributed all of the in-ground mineral assets covered by its mining rights, while DART’s has contributed 10 billion DAR tokens out of a total issued supply of 30 billion. DAR is already listed on the overseas cryptocurrency exchange BingX. These contributions establish a contractual link, or “peg,” between the mineral assets and the tokens.
Through this initiative, DART’s aims to broaden the use of DAR as a token backed by the real-world assets of a gold mine.
Agreement Overview
The agreement links Jizo Mine’s in-ground mineral assets with DART’s DAR tokens, combining real-world and digital assets to enable applications similar to those of stable tokens.

What Is Pegging?
A “peg” links the value of a token to another asset, such as the U.S. dollar or gold.
USDT and USDC, which are widely used worldwide, hold U.S. dollars, short-term U.S. Treasury securities, and other reserve assets as backing. Known as dollar-pegged tokens, they trade at a 1:1 ratio with the U.S. dollar. In Japan, JPYC is also expanding its utility through its 1:1 peg to the Japanese yen.
More recently, gold-pegged tokens such as XAUT and PAXG, backed by holdings of physical gold, have also seen growing trading volumes.
DART’s is now introducing its “mine-pegged token.” As the world’s first token pegged 1:1 to a mine, backed by an entire mine’s gold, silver, and rare metals, it is set to challenge conventional thinking.
DAR and the Role of This Initiative
DAR is a token designed for use within the digital economic ecosystem being developed by DART’s. It is listed on the cryptocurrency exchange BingX, where trading began on September 7, 2026.
By contractually linking Jizo Mine’s in-ground mineral assets with DAR tokens, this agreement expands the potential applications of tokens underpinned by real-world assets. Through this initiative, DART’s aims to increase DAR’s utility.
