In January 2024, DART's Inc. carried out an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on P2B Crypto Exchange.
Founded in 2017, P2B Crypto Exchange is a centralised crypto exchange with daily trading volume of around 1.5 billion US dollars. The platform specialises in supporting crypto projects entering the market, and offers reliability and security that have been highly rated on Trustpilot and CoinMarketCap (CMC).
It also provides 24/7 support and a wide choice of tokens, with the option for users to buy crypto with a bank card. On CoinMarketCap it is ranked 26th in the world by trading volume over the past 24 hours.
It was subsequently listed on Toobit and Deepcoin as well.

In April 2023, DART's Inc. had its IEO application in Japan accepted by the JVCEA via CoinBest Inc. (Kanto Local Finance Bureau No. 23), and applications were due to open in November. Following unforeseen circumstances in which the outlook for the Kanto Local Finance Bureau's operational audit of CoinBest became unclear, we decided to proceed with an overseas IEO first.
DART's Inc. had originally scheduled an overseas listing after a domestic IEO in Japan; that schedule has now been changed to listing on multiple exchanges in Japan and overseas following the overseas IEO.
The DART token (DAR) has been listed on the global exchange Toobit.
